Swallows

          and

       Geese

The male swallow perches on a barn rafter and calls to the female. The swallows dart from rafter to ground and
back again, showing of f their flying skills to the geese. The goose flaps her wings, gathering the goslings.

The gander stands erect and spreads his wings, warning the swallows not to disturb the gaggle. The swallows ignore his threat and fly figure-eights around the geese.

The swallows bathe while darting from rafter to water trough, shaking water on the geese. The other animals tell the swallows to behave.

The gaggle tires of the swallows' antics and waddles to the pond. The goose lead her goslings in a line with the gander at the back. The swallows follow and gobble up flies that at flushed out by the goose parade.

The goose and gander teach the goslings to dive for food.

Longing to be free, Goat chews a hole in her pen and escapes into the barnyard.

The male swallow calls the female back to their nest on the barn rafter. The female returns with a mud pellet to repair the nest.

The gaggle returns from the pond, shaking water from their wings onto the other animals. Annoyed by the soaking, the animals tell the geese to mind their manners.

The swallows encircle the animals in their flight. The animals chase them, and the swallows fly up to their rafter , where they sing, triumphantly.

The geese laugh while the swallows continue their song.
